Payment Terms and Conditions

  • • Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are made
  • • Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes
  • • Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges
  • • Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of service completion
  • • Refunds are processed according to our satisfaction guarantee policy

Service Modifications

We may need to modify, suspend, or discontinue services due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or legal obligations. When possible, we provide advance notice and work with customers to minimize disruption.

User Conduct and Legal Obligations

Acceptable Use Policy

All communications with our team should be professional and respectful. We reserve the right to terminate services for customers who engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward our staff or other customers.

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" to the best of our ability using professional standards and eco-friendly products. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to variables beyond our control such as:

  • • Pre-existing stains, damage, or wear that cannot be reversed through cleaning
  • • Natural variations in material response to cleaning products
  • • Environmental factors affecting drying times and results
  • • Client property conditions that may limit cleaning effectiveness

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service where issues occurred. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage but our maximum liability shall not exceed:

  • • The amount paid for the specific service session in question
  • • KES 50,000 for any single incident, whichever is lower
  • • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
  • • Liability excludes consequential or indirect damages

Service Termination Conditions

We reserve the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • • Violation of terms of service or acceptable use policy
  • • Non-payment or repeated late payment of service fees
  • • Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions at client property
  • • Inappropriate behavior toward staff or violation of professional boundaries
  • • Client requests for services outside our scope or expertise

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or public health emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services.
